  • Removable, Bolt-On Bellhousing: This case features a versatile, removable bellhousing, making it compatible with a variety of engines. It works with 2003-2007 6.0L Powerstrokes, 2008-2010 6.4L Powerstrokes, 1990-2018 6.7L Cummins, and more. It’s also suitable for both PTO and non-PTO trucks.

  • Stronger Than Stock: Built with more material and a beefier design than the stock case, this upgrade offers superior strength and reliability, handling the stress of heavy-duty applications without breaking a sweat.

  • Extra Clutch Capacity: Designed room inside the case where the Pressure plate splines down in the case to fit one more clutch in the 2nd gear intermediate clutch pack, improving shift performance and overall transmission durability. Also designed with more lugs in case for added strength in 2nd gear.

  • Vigorously Tested: We put this case through extensive real-world testing to ensure it performs under pressure. It held up without a problem, so you can count on it to handle anything you throw its way.

  • Less Clearance On each Clutch Pack: low/reverse, Intermediate (2nd gear), and overdrive clutch packs are supported with lugs inside the case. A factor case has these clearance pretty sloppy allowing for unnecessary travel witch cause wear inside the case. This 4R100 SFI case is designed with less clearance in efforts to eliminate this common problem.

Plan on Putting a 4r100 in your 6.0L or 6.4L Powerstroke Truck? This will be a direct fit with the correct modular style bell house that will be available soon. a 4r100 is the same length as a 5R110w so there will be no need for changing driveshaft lengths.
