Borge Warner E4OD / 4R100, 45 element intermediate sprag. This sprag is much stronger than the stock 34 element sprag. This is a direct replacement.

Most 2001 4R100 transmissions came with a defective mechanical diode on the direct drum. If your has Mechanical Diode you will have to replace the  Direct drum as well.
